Milk and Apple smoothie (variation)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • Sweetener (optional)

Method: 

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender, and pulse for approximately 10-15 seconds.  ñ If you’re going to drink it immediately, add three ice cubes to chill and drink.

Serving Size: one Key Points (Apple + milk+ cinnamon)
