✅ Ingredients:
For the wrap:
- 1–2 whole wheat rotis or millet roti (jowar/bajra)
For paneer bhurji:
- 100–150g paneer (crumbled)
- Onion (chopped)
- Tomato (chopped)
- Capsicum (optional)
- 1 green chili
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Turmeric, chili powder, garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
👉 Optional: lemon juice, coriander leaves
👩🍳 How to Make:
1. Prepare Paneer Bhurji:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onion + chili → sauté till soft.
- Add ginger-garlic paste → cook briefly.
- Add tomato + spices → cook until soft.
- Add paneer + capsicum → mix well and cook for 2–3 mins.
- Finish with coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
2. Assemble Wrap:
- Place the roti on a plate.
- Add paneer bhurji in the center.
- Add some chopped onion or lettuce (optional).
- Drizzle mint chutney or curd (light).
- Roll tightly into a wrap.
